How we work
We will always come out and undertake a site survey before a quotation is provided. Meeting with you at your property allows us to physically see the property but to also understand what your requirements are, how you would like to new space to look like and talk you through how this can be achieved.
Once the specification of the project has been outlined and agreed, we will put together a comprehensive quote within an agreed timescale.
Once appointed we will issue a payment schedule, which indicates payments due at milestones as per the quote. We will then also confirm a convenient start date.
We manage the project from start to finish, taking care of everything. All work is undertaken by our specialist team only bringing in sub-contractors for plumbing and electrical work. We will manage building control ensuring that they are on site at each state that inspections are required to allow sign off and making sure that the project runs smoothly.
Design and Permissions
Our Architect will meet with you to start the process of drawing the plans, he will then take complete control of all the drawings and planning applications, including the instruction of building control.
Once your project has been completed and final inspections and associated certificates are handed over to you, you will have the assurance that the best quality and workmanship has been achieved.
